Tic Tac Naughty & Nice: It’s Not Even Halloween, and Santa Is Already Judging Us

It's that time of year again! We haven't even made it through Halloween, and apparently Santa is already checking his list. And now Tic Tac wants to know who's been naughty and who's been nice.
The Christmas favorite Tic Tac Naughty & Nice is making its seasonal return, bringing back two festive flavors: Naughty Sour Cherry and Nice Candy Cane.
Because apparently, even our breath needs to be on Santa's good side.
Naughty or Nice? There's Actually a Little History Here
Here's something you might not know. When Ferrero introduced Naughty Sour Cherry in its 2023 holiday candy lineup, the flavor was designed as a playful alternative to receiving lumps of coal. Nice Candy Cane was already a returning Christmas favorite.
So, let's get this straight.
The good kids get traditional candy cane flavor, while the troublemakers get a sweet-and-sour cherry surprise?
We're not saying Santa has favorites, but somebody might want to review that naughty list.
A Little Holiday Cheer, One Mint at a Time
Here's another nice little detail: Tic Tac Naughty & Nice mints are gluten-free, making them an option worth considering when shopping for someone who avoids gluten.
They're not sugar-free, despite their nutrition labels listing zero grams of sugar per mint. Sugar is actually an ingredient, but the amount per mint is small enough to round down on the label.
Each 0.84-ounce pack contains approximately 50 tiny mints, tucked into those familiar flip-top containers that fit neatly into a purse, pocket, desk drawer, or Christmas stocking.
And let's be fair, there's something nostalgic about those little Tic Tac boxes. We've all shaken one a little too enthusiastically and ended up with half the container in our hand.
The Perfect Stocking Stuffer… or a Subtle Christmas Message?
Let's face it. Not every Christmas gift needs to be extravagant.
These little holiday mints are practically made for stockings, Secret Santa exchanges, office gift swaps, teacher gifts, and those coworkers you like just enough to remember at Christmas.
The Naughty Sour Cherry and Nice Candy Cane assortment makes it even more entertaining because you get to decide which flavor best suits the recipient.
But we've discovered an even better use.
What's the nicest way to tell someone their breath might be a little… naughty?
Forget the awkward conversation. Just hand them a pack of Tic Tac Naughty & Nice, smile, and say, "Merry Christmas!"
Thoughtful? Absolutely.
Subtle? Debatable.
Hilarious? Only if they get the hint.
And if they don't?
Well, there's always next Christmas.
So, which list are you on this year? Naughty Sour Cherry or Nice Candy Cane?
Choose wisely. Santa isn't the only one paying attention.
